Role: Venue Manager Location: Medway Hours: Full-time - 35 hours per week - Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm (occasional weekends and nights) Salary: £32,000 per annum Contract: 3-Month Temp-Perm (Potential for Perm) Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a busy licensed venue, including bar operations, food, events and evening trade. The successful candidate will take responsibility for ensuring the venue operates safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard, whilst managing and supporting the venue team. This is a hands-on comprehensive management position suited to someone with previous experience within a licensed, hospitality, events or similar environment, who is confident managing people, HR, finance, operations, stock, and compliance.
