Building Surveyors for technical due diligence and client advisory
KHR Architecture's project management division is looking for building surveyors to join our busy team.
You could be a qualified building surveyor, engineer, architect and/or have a craft background and experience with building inspections and technical due diligence.
You will become part of a professionally strong project management team, where you will have a say and where we will select your tasks and responsibilities based on your skills and wishes.
KHR Architecture is one of Denmark's oldest design offices, located in the beautiful old cannon boat houses at the waterfront in Copenhagen.
We have a flat organization that offers flexibility and short decision paths.
You would join a diverse team of around 60 people with many nationalities and ages.
Become part of KHR's Project Management Division
Client consultancy is a growing business area at KHR, and we currently have 10 colleagues with different professional backgrounds.
In addition, we offer in-house support with contracts, projects and quality assurance.
Your average working week will be a mix of office work, meetings with the client and work in the \"field\" - be it building inspections, site visits or meetings with project participants.
You will find that two days are rarely the same, just as the workload will vary from day to day.
We work on everything from large complex projects to small housing projects.
Common to all assignments is that the client should feel that their project has our full attention, regardless of size and complexity.
Our clients include international real estate and asset management companies. Hence, a large part of our work is in English, both written and spoken.
The job of a building consultant is a generalist job, and we value to have different competences in our project management team, to be able to advise our clients in the best possible way.
Therefore, your specific background is not important, if you have relevant experience, are willing to learn and ready to take responsibility.
