A successful applicant will be part of an international team of engineers supporting KHIPU customers located in various countries around the world. Once training is completed you will join the KHIPU shift team supporting our customers 24x7x365.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality customer service, both verbal and written
  • Maintain support cases so that all stakeholders are kept up to date
  • Become proficient in the technologies assigned to you
  • Learn how to become an effective team member in a constantly shifting industry landscape
  • Be accountable and responsible for your actions and career path

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High School Education Certificate or similar
  • Desirable – Formal technical training

Preferred Skills

  • An interest in technology in general, knowledge of networking
  • Keenness and aptitude for working with a team and independently
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Confident telephone manner
  • A good understanding of MS office or similar technology
