About Us: Company-X is a specialist cyber-only insurance brokerage founded by KHIPU Networks Ltd and operating with FCA-regulated oversight. We combine cyber security expertise with practical insurance advice, helping organisations understand, buy and renew cyber insurance that reflects their real risks rather than generic policies. We cut through complexity and translate risk into plain language for our clients.

The Role: You'll be at the start of the client journey, identifying organisations that may be underinsured or unsure where to start with cyber cover. Your role is to open doors through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals and targeted campaigns, starting informed conversations about cyber threats, renewal challenges and business resilience. You'll book qualified meetings for our cyber insurance advisers and help build a strong pipeline of opportunities.

  • Make outbound calls and start meaningful conversations with prospective clients
  • Turn cold prospects into warm conversations and qualified cyber insurance opportunities
  • Drive attendance to cyber insurance webinars, briefings and client education sessions
  • Use CRM tools to track activity, manage pipeline and keep follow-ups on point
  • Follow up marketing campaigns, renewal prompts and inbound enquiries with pace and accuracy

You:

  • Experience in outbound sales, business development, lead generation or insurance sales
  • Confidence speaking with decision-makers, even when subject matter is technical or unfamiliar
  • A curious mindset and willingness to learn about cyber risk, insurance, compliance and business resilience
  • Strong communication skills with ability to keep complex topics clear and jargon-free
  • Drive to learn, confidence to start conversations and resilience to keep going
