Kharon is seeking a full‐time, Strategic Partnerships Manager based in London, UK. This role requires in‐office attendance 4 days per week, with additional flexibility awarded after successful onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Nurture and expand current partnerships, leveraging a deep understanding of the competitive market.
- Innovate collaboration and market entry strategies, track and enhance performance, and provide targeted guidance for both established and emerging partnerships.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential partners, focusing on creating joint revenue opportunities.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with partnerships, ensuring alignment with the organization's risk management policies and regulatory compliance.
- Perform detailed market research to inform strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding market presence.
- Oversee partnership legalities, including contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
- Use data‐driven insights to measure partnership performance, guide decision‐making, and identify areas for improvement or adjustment in strategy.
- Stay updated on best practices in partnership management, negotiation techniques, and industry‐specific knowledge to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of total experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in the German language is a plus!
- Sales experience working with law firms, consultants, advisors, system integrators, and APIs and proven experience with business intelligence research.
- Familiarity with data providers serving this space, in particular, is preferred.
- Familiarity with AML, KYC, GRC, sanctions, export controls, trade compliance, supply chain risk, conflict and illicit finance analysis, banking sector risk management and compliance, or other national security‐related matters.
