Kharon is seeking a full-time Senior Marketing Manager (EMEA) based in London, U.K. This role requires in-office attendance at least 3 days per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the EMEA regional marketing strategy, with the majority of effort focused on the UK and EU, ensuring alignment with Kharon’s global objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Act as the regional marketing lead, providing clear direction, prioritization, and strategic judgment.
  • Identify market opportunities, gaps, and risks, and proactively recommend initiatives to accelerate growth and brand presence.
  • Personally plan and execute integrated marketing programs, including digital campaigns, hosted and sponsored events, content initiatives, and partner activations.
  • Serve as a highly capable individual contributor, executing day-to-day work while maintaining a clear line of sight to long-term regional goals.
  • Support broader EMEA initiatives as needed and provide lightweight marketing enablement and guidance to the APAC team as it develops.
  • Adapt global campaigns and messaging to reflect local market dynamics, regulatory considerations, customer needs, and cultural nuances across the UK and EU.
  • Develop and refine regional value propositions, narratives, and content in close collaboration with global marketing and product teams.
  • Partner closely with sales, product, and global marketing to ensure tight alignment on priorities, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
  • Act as a trusted regional counterpart to sales leadership, supporting pipeline development.
