RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the EMEA regional marketing strategy and execution, with the majority of effort focused on the UK and EU, ensuring alignment with Kharon’s global objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Serve as the regional marketing expert, applying strong strategic judgment to prioritize and execute integrated marketing efforts effectively.
  • Lead regional events execution, including the hands‑on planning, logistics, and execution of hosted roundtables, sponsored industry conferences, partner activations, and webinars to drive pipeline.
  • Support a "hub-and-spoke" marketing model, proactively leveraging, adapting, and regionalising global campaigns and core assets to fit local market dynamics, regulatory environments, customer needs, and cultural nuances across the UK and EU.
  • Partner with the London-based Head of Global Demand Generation to ensure all regional integrated marketing activities seamlessly support and amplify global demand generation goals and programs.
  • Refine regional value propositions, narratives, and content in close collaboration with global demand generation, partner marketing, and product teams.
  • Serve as a highly capable individual contributor, executing day‑to‑day work while maintaining a clear line of sight to long‑term regional goals.
  • Support broader EMEA initiatives as needed and provide lightweight marketing enablement and guidance to the APAC team as it develops.
  • Partner closely with sales, product, and global marketing to ensure tight alignment on priorities, messaging, and go‑to‑market execution.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership as a strategic marketing counterpart, supporting pipeline development, account‑based initiatives, and key opportunities.
  • Use data and insights to continuously optimise campaigns, resource allocation, and channel mix.
  • Manage execution of the EMEA marketing budget set by global GTM leadership, maintaining strict financial discipline and maximising ROI.
  • Balance immediate execution needs with longer‑term capability building as the region and team mature.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regional partners, industry organisations, and influencers to extend Kharon’s reach and credibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in field and event marketing, and a strong track record of driving demand generation, pipeline, and brand awareness.
  • Prior experience in B2B tech, SaaS, data, intelligence, or risk‑related sectors strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of UK and EU markets; familiarity with broader EMEA is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver results without heavy oversight.
  • Comfortable acting as both strategic owner and hands‑on executor, especially in lean or scaling environments.
  • Proven ability to prioritise effectively and execute across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources with discipline and accountability.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring performance, assessing ROI, and translating insights into action.
  • Highly effective cross‑functional collaborator, able to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling regional narratives.
  • Fluency in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German) is a major plus, but not required.
