Kharon is seeking a full-time London-based Associate Product Manager. The role involves supporting our Sanctioned Securities product and assisting in the development of new features. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with complex data, have a foundational grasp of financial and regulatory concepts, and be able to represent the product directly to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Data-Driven Ownership: Write and troubleshoot SQL to audit data quality and champion product integrity.
- Regulatory Translation: Read and interpret sanctions legislation and translate it into structured criteria for engineering.
- Product Execution: Support existing products and drive the planning and development of new features.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project progress to internal stakeholders and represent the product to clients.
- Delivery & Momentum: Anticipate and drive conversations to remove roadblocks to development work.
- Ruthless Prioritization: Balance competing roadmap items and manage stakeholder demands.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in quality management and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Must-Haves: Strong SQL skills, ability to read dense text and distill it into clear logic, strong communication skills.
