Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard, following recipes and customer preferences.
- Supervise and lead bar staff during shifts, delegating tasks and maintaining service quality.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and full compliance with food safety and licensing regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service, handling queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate stock control to minimise waste and shortages.
- Assist with staff training and development, ensuring team members meet performance standards.
- Help implement promotions, events, and drinks menus to drive sales.
