We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team.
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes within your section to the highest standard.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed.
- Contribute to menu development with creativity and innovation.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef looking to step up.
- Culinary qualification or equivalent professional experience.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for food and a desire to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
