Job Summary: Assist in the management, execution and optimisation of digital marketing channels (Paid Social, Paid Search, Display and Affiliate).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and track daily performance of ads in-platform, including creative and feed management.
  2. Increase traffic to the website and ensure the accuracy of campaign creative, linking and data.
  3. Project coordination & collaboration with key cross-functional partners to develop campaigns and support business strategies on multiple digital properties.
  4. Execute and evaluate reporting, with thoughtful analysis and recommendations.
  5. Create social assets across platforms.
  6. Work closely with the founder on brand vision and tone of voice.
  7. Generate and maintain content planners, calendars, and tracking documents; updating as campaign elements shift and new information becomes available.
  8. Participate in vendor partnerships, ensuring all timelines are met and content is delivered as planned. Provide vendors with all necessary sources/materials, facilitating approvals and communicating notes back to the vendor.
  9. Stay current on digital marketing best practices and industry standards; continuously recommend new approaches, innovative ideas, and/or technologies to deliver on KPIs.
  10. SEO & SEM – Strong knowledge of search engine optimisation and paid search strategies.
  11. Social Media Marketing – Experience managing campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  12. Content Marketing – Ability to develop engaging content strategies, including blogs, videos, and email marketing.
  13. Analytics & Data Interpretation – Proficiency in Google, Meta Analytics, social media insights, and data-driven decision-making.
  14. Paid Advertising (PPC & Social Ads) – Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and influencer collaborations.
  15. E-commerce & Conversion Optimisation – Understanding of Shopify to improve sales performance.
  16. Project & Team Management – Ability to lead teams, collaborate with designers and execute campaigns efficiently.
  17. Creative & Strategic Thinking – Strong problem-solving skills with a mix of innovation and analytical thinking.
  18. Strong Communication & Copywriting – Crafting compelling brand messaging and engaging customer interactions.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a Related Field.
  2. Industry Certifications.
  3. 2-5+ Years of Experience in digital marketing, preferably within fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
  4. Proficiency in Digital Tools – Google Ads, Meta Business Suite.
