Help build the next generation of investment banking.
KH Holdings (KHH) is a fast-growing, innovative investment banking firm bringing sophisticated advisory and capital access to startups, growth companies and SMEs - a market underserved by traditional investment banks.
We combine rigorous financial advice, entrepreneurial thinking and modern technology to help ambitious businesses execute transformative transactions.
Our expanding platform is built around three accountable functions — Origination, Structuring and Placement — supported by AI-enabled research and analytical workflows, Click Up-based management, CRM systems, investor intelligence and specialized Saa S tools.
At a pivotal stage of growth and consolidation, we are looking for a seasoned banker who can strengthen execution across the entire platform and help us scale intelligently.
Working directly with the CEO and closely with the department leaders, you will be a hands-on, cross-functional senior manager: a credible adviser to clients and investors, a respected mentor to colleagues and a driver of disciplined, measurable results.
What you will do
- Contribute across the full deal lifecycle: help qualify mandates, assess investability, shape financing strategies and support capital raising through closing.
- Raise the technical standard: develop and review financial models, valuations, transaction structures, investment cases, investor materials, diligence and term sheets.
- Be visible in the market: lead and support high-stakes meetings with founders, CEOs, investors, lenders and strategic partners; communicate complex recommendations clearly and persuasively.
- Strengthen transaction governance: support project reviews, challenge assumptions constructively, surface risks early, propose workable alternatives and accelerate decisions without blurring departmental ownership.
- Drive cross-team execution: coach analysts, coordinate handovers and deliver concise, reliable progress reporting to management and clients, with clear owners, next steps and deadlines.
- Turn market insight into outcomes: help build investor and strategic relationships, interpret placement feedback and reposition opportunities when the evidence calls for it.
- Make technology a competitive advantage: use and improve AI tools, financial research systems, investor CRM, Click Up and integrated Saa S workflows to increase quality, productivity and accountability.
What you bring
- 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, M&A/corporate finance, capital raising or private-market advisory, with meaningful exposure to origination, analysis, structuring and placement.
- Strong academic credentials: a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field from a leading university or business school; CFA or relevant additional qualifications are a plus.
- Demonstrable transaction skills: advanced financial modelling, valuation, capital-structure analysis, due diligence and investor-ready presentation work, backed by sound commercial judgment.
- Executive-level communication: confidence representing a firm in front of clients and investors, excellent English (mandatory) and the ability to negotiate, present and build trusted relationships; other languages are an advantage.
- Leadership with ownership: proven ability to mentor colleagues, manage competing priorities, work collaboratively across teams and deliver decisions and updates with transparency and consistency.
- A modern, entrepreneurial mindset: fluency with CRMs and digital workflows, genuine enthusiasm for responsible AI adoption, excellent organization and the willingness to travel for important meetings.
What we offer
- Startup energy, real ownership: help shape a fast-growing investment bank, combining entrepreneurial speed and autonomy with a disciplined, scalable organization.
- A compelling, underserved market: bring sophisticated capital raising and strategic advisory to startups, growth companies and SMEs often overlooked by traditional investment banks.
- Learn from experienced leaders: work alongside highly experienced serial entrepreneurs and bankers, with direct access to leadership and real influence on the firm's direction.
- A technology-first platform: benefit from advanced AI, specialized Saa S, CRMs and Click Up workflows supporting faster decisions, productive teamwork and high-quality execution.
- Competitive, performance-driven rewards: an attractive fixed salary, transaction-based commissions, performance bonuses and a meaningful share-option package tied to clearly agreed objectives.
- Grow with the business: join at a pivotal stage of expansion and consolidation, lead valuable initiatives, mentor talent and participate in long-term value creation.
