Keystone Lintels are recruiting for a Placement Specification Executive - (Ireland) to join our Lintel Division, helping drive specification of our industry-leading product range including Hi-Therm+, Keyfab and Brick Slip systems across the island of Ireland. This is an exciting, field-based role where you'll work closely with architects, engineers, energy assessors, specifiers and industry bodies, positioning Keystone as the preferred technical and commercial partner for Building Regulation compliance.
The Role
- Building and strengthening relationships with architects, engineers, contractors and housebuilders
- Increasing product specification and brand awareness across key projects
- Supporting the National Specification Manager in engaging with top-tier architectural practices and industry bodies
- Delivering engaging CPD presentations to ensure Keystone remains front of mind at design stage
- Identifying and securing new project leads and business opportunities
- Working closely with commercial teams to maximise project potential
- Managing project activity through Keylink CRM
- Representing Keystone at industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities
You’ll also provide insight and reporting to senior management, attend project meetings, and help ensure national specification targets are consistently achieved.
What We're Looking For
- Confident building relationships with architects, contractors and housebuilders
- Genuinely interested in the construction and built environment sector
- A strong communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable working to deadlines
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Holder of a full UK or Ireland driving licence
