Excellent opportunity for a Legal Executive to join the Family team of a medium-sized, highly regarded law firm as a Legal Assistant / Paralegal. You will require at least one year's experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in Family law, together with a Law degree or other legal qualification. Supporting a Partner and Fee Earners within the Family law division, dealing with high profile HNW clients and supporting all aspects of casework including administration, the role of Legal Assistant / Paralegal is integral to the team, varied and includes the following duties - Extensive liaison with clients, courts and chambers, attending meetings including client meetings when required Preparing bundles, case administration, AML checks, opening files Diary management including monitoring court dates Preparing correspondence and documents including via digital dictation Monitoring email inboxes and acting as first point of contact for clients This role combines Legal Assistant work with Paralegal duties and provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience and be fully involved with diverse Family law cases from start to finish.
