Interesting opportunity for an experienced Document Production professional with law firm experience to join a law firm in London. The role is split between Document Production and Executive Assistant duties. Salary to £55k (neg) + benefits. Hybrid working, 4 days in the office.
If you have experience as a Document Production professional utilising your advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills in a law firm and would like to combine this with being an Executive Assistant, this could be an ideal career move for you. As part of a medium-sized law firm in the City with offices globally, you will be an integral part of the team of 2 Document Production professionals and 7 Executive Assistants. The majority of the work is focussed on Corporate Finance and Capital Markets.
Duties include:
- Utilising advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Reformatting documents
- Dealing with all document issues including highly complex
- Executive Assistant duties as required
- Supporting a mix of Lawyers and Partners
- Full diary management
- Organising meetings
- Travel arrangements
- Processing expenses
- Producing marketing material
- Conflict checks on new clients
- AML checks
- Liaising with colleagues across the board and external contacts
- All general administration
You will need to have advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook with solid experience as a Document Production professional in a law firm. Supportive team environment, stunning offices and great location. Hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm, with potential to consider 12pm to 8pm.
