The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 Β£ per year.
We are recruiting for a Project Delivery Lead to take full ownership of the successful delivery of print projects from initial brief through to final installation.
You will be responsible for ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while providing an outstanding customer experience.
By coordinating internal teams, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional results for both our customers and the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Ownership
- Manage projects from brief through to installation
- Coordinate internal teams across production, artwork, and installation
- Ensure timelines, specifications, and deliverables are met
- Operational Excellence
- Monitor project progress through internal systems
- Identify and resolve risks early
- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy

- Support communication throughout delivery
- Attend meetings and site visits where required

- Industry experience of Large Format Print
- Proven project management capabilities
- Sound technical knowledge of the design to print, and print processes
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Special Conditions/Requirements
- Flexible approach to working hours although these will primarily be 9am β 5:30pm Monday to Friday
- Willing to travel to other locations in the group occasionally Harlow, Essex, Grays Inn Road, London.
