This is a rare opportunity to be the face of a beloved transatlantic brand at their landmark boutique launching in the UK - with the autonomy to make it your own. We're looking for an exceptional Store Manager to lead their new UK flagship store: A premium international fashion & accessories brand known for its distinctive aesthetic and loyal following.
The Role
You’ll be the driving force behind store performance - owning sales, operations, clientelling, and team development. You'll bring an entrepreneurial mindset, a genuine passion for customer experience, and the ability to build a high-performing team that truly represents the brand.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a store team through coaching, feedback, and clear performance management
- Act as UK brand ambassador and community connector, hosting events and growing local awareness
- Communicate & Collaborate with the US head office
- Drive sales and profitability, using data and reporting to inform strategy
- Build lasting client relationships and deliver a personalised, elevated in-store experience
- Oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling, inventory, and visual presentation
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years in a retail leadership role working for a premium/luxury brand.
- Proven track record of hitting KPIs and leading teams in a premium or luxury environment
- Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving and people skills
- Naturally driven, responsible and organised
- Styling experience is a plus
- Clientelling expertise, including CRM management
- Bachelor's degree ideal
- Passion for fashion, the arts, customer service, travel. A zest for life.
