The Role
As Sales Manager, your mission is to drive membership growth, revenue, and engagement while ensuring every prospect and member enjoys a seamless, bespoke joiner experience. Working with the senior team to set strategy, inspiring performance, and create a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Member Engagement
- Deliver tailored appointments, tours, and consultations that showcase our premium facilities.
- Proactively follow up with prospects to address concerns and secure new joiners.
- Anticipate and respond to sales performance trends with innovative strategies.
- Execute engaging call drives and outreach campaigns to attract and retain members.
Lead Generation & Conversion
- Build new pipelines through corporate partnerships, networking, and curated community events.
- Convert leads into loyal members who align with our brand ethos and lifestyle.

Team Leadership & Development
