Commercially Driven Recruitment Consultant â Premium & Luxury Brands- KGC Talent
Location: Remote (UK) â London based or within a 1âhour commute *essential*
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our small & growing team, partnering with some of the most exciting premium and luxury brands across fashion, lifestyle, and consumer categories. This is a remote role, ideally suited to someone based in London or within a 1âhour commute, allowing for inâperson client meetings and collaboration when required.

Salary: 30-35K Basic + monthly commission OTE 45-60K
The Role
This is a consultancy role that blends handsâon delivery, relationship management, and business development, within the premium and luxury retail market.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional recruitment solutions by sourcing and engaging bestâinâclass candidates across premium and Creatif luxury sectors
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from client brief through to successful placement
- Developing new business opportunities and growing existing premium and luxury client accounts
- Building trusted relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a true partner
- Account managing a portfolio of established premium and luxury clients
- Providing market insight and consultancy to support client hiring strategies
- Representing the business with professionalism, discretion, and credibility
About You
- Proven experience in account management and business development in a recruitment consultant role, within the premium and luxury sectors, particularly across fashion, lifestyle, and consumer categories
- Great results achieved in your most recent roles monuments And a good length of time with each employer gained.
- Excellent market knowledge of premium and luxury lifestyle and consumer brands, including fashion, home & lifestyle brands, jewellery, accessories, wellness, and consumer tech
- Ambitious, naturally driven, and resultsâorientated, with a strong commercial mindset
- Someone who thrives when given a high level of responsibility and autonomy, and enjoys owning delivery and outcomes
- A strong people person who builds credibility and trust quickly
- Highly organised, selfâmotivated, and comfortable working remotely
