We’re on the lookout for a talented Product Developer & Production Executive to join our client’s dynamic team. Join this growing luxury fashion, accessories and lifestyle brand, known for their craftsmanship, modern aesthetic, and meticulous attention to detail. This role offers breadth, autonomy, and the chance to influence the full product lifecycle—from initial concept through to delivery. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with team members across functions, including design, with suppliers, external partners and international factories. You will also have the support of a dedicated intern (to be recruited) to assist with daily tasks. What You’ll Do:

  • Own the entire product development and production cycle — from brief to bulk delivery.
  • Create & manage critical paths, sample timelines, and ensure on-time warehouse delivery.
  • Oversee all factory communication, manage BOMs/tech packs, and allocate production based on quality, cost, and capability.
  • Control production costs, margin negotiations, and PO placements.
  • Use ZEDONK to maintain product data accuracy and collaborate across teams.
  • Lead fit sessions, measure samples, document feedback, and uphold quality standards.
  • Source packaging, trims, and new factory partners while ensuring sustainable and cost-efficient practices.
  • Monitor compliance, oversee testing, and explore improved quality control procedures.
  • Analyse returns and refine production processes to minimise issues.
  • Coordinate sample inventory, DHL shipments, and general PD/production admin.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in product development and production within the luxury fashion or lifestyle sector.
  • Strong understanding of garment tech, critical paths, and supplier negotiation.
  • Proficiency in ZEDONK and technical garment construction.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with a love for process improvement and quality.
