We are hiring for an incredible beauty/wellness start-up, ideally seeking a superstar from a beauty/supplements/wellness background. This is not just performance marketing. This is a role at the intersection of beauty, wellness and high-performance growth — where aesthetics meet analytics, and brand storytelling meets conversion.

You’ll own paid performance across Meta and beyond — from strategy through to execution, optimisation and reporting with full autonomy to test, learn and scale. Working directly with the founders and creative team, you’ll shape how the brand shows up in-feed, in culture, and in the customer journey. This role is for someone who wants to build something not manage it.

- Develop audience strategy across segmentation, retargeting and lookalikes
- Work closely with creative to test, iterate and refine what converts
