A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a strategic, creative, and hands-on Marketing & PR Manager to join a small, high-profile, growing luxury fashion/accessories/lifestyle brand. This is a rare role that combines high-level brand leadership with day-to-day execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment with a passion for refined storytelling and innovation.
Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you will be responsible for shaping and communicating the brand narrative across every touchpoint. From social media strategy and digital campaigns to PR, print, and in-store experiences—you will set the tone, aesthetic, and voice of a brand recognised for its sophistication and quality.
Your role will include:
- Leading integrated marketing and communication strategies that reflect the brand’s luxury positioning
- Creating and maintaining a brand book and tone of voice guidelines
- Innovating on social media to drive visibility and engagement
- Crafting copy and editorial content for campaigns, websites, ads, and email marketing
- Overseeing seasonal photoshoots, working closely with stylists, photographers, and designers to ensure elevated visual output
- Planning the annual marketing calendar and managing campaign rollouts
- Acting as brand guardian to ensure visual and tonal consistency across all platforms
- Collaborating across departments—design, product, and e-commerce—to ensure unified messaging
- Leading relationships with PR agencies and external creatives
- Measuring success using KPIs tied to engagement, growth, and campaign performance
