We are hiring for an incredible beauty/wellness start-up, ideally seeking a superstar from a beauty/supplements/wellness background. This is not just performance marketing. This is a role at the intersection of beauty, wellness and high-performance growth — where aesthetics meet analytics, and brand storytelling meets conversion. You’ll be responsible for taking a premium, design-led brand and turning it into a best-in-class performance engine, translating beautiful content, modern rituals and considered brand moments into scalable, revenue-driving campaigns. This is a hands-on, ownership-level role.
You’ll own paid performance across Meta and beyond — from strategy through to execution, optimisation and reporting with full autonomy to test, learn and scale. Working directly with the founders and creative team, you’ll shape how the brand shows up in-feed, in culture, and in the customer journey. This role is for someone who wants to build something not manage it.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN- Paid Social
- Own Meta ads end-to-end strategy, build, optimisation, reporting
- Develop audience strategy across segmentation, retargeting and lookalikes
- Work closely with creative to test, iterate and refine what converts
- Run structured A/B tests across creative, copy, audiences and landing pages
- Scale efficiently without compromising ROAS
- Growth & Strategy
- Build a full-funnel paid strategy awareness to retention
- Identify and test new channels (TikTok, Google, YouTube, programmatic)
- Lead influencer whitelisting and scale creator-led paid
- Own the link between spend and revenue — you live in the data
- UGC, Influencer & Partnerships
- Build and scale influencer strategy (nano → macro)
- Develop a high-performing UGC engine for paid
- Manage affiliates and co-marketing opportunities that drive acquisition
- Analytics & Performance
- Own reporting across CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion and sessions
- Identify drop-offs and solve them cross-functionally
- Build dashboards that give clear, actionable insight
- Stay ahead of attribution, iOS and tracking changes
- Creative Collaboration
- Brief creative with clarity hooks, formats, messaging that convert
- Spot and scale winning UGC and creator content
- Protect the brand performance should never dilute it
- ~3–5 years in performance marketing, deep in Meta ads
