We’re seeking a driven, strategic yet hands-on leader to take full ownership ofday-to-day operations , drivenew & corporate membership growth , and deliverexceptional front-of-house experiences .
As theBrand Ambassador , you’ll represent and uphold our core values of wellness, community, and service excellence, ensuring the site operates at the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall operations, team performance, and service delivery
- Lead front-of-house functions, ensuring a welcoming and efficient member experience
- Develop and manage new and corporate membership opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
- Work closely with the CEO to align operational delivery with strategic goals
- Champion brand values and represent the business externally
- Lead events, promotions & drive business growth & expansion by bringing new ideas and strategies to the table
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in aGeneral Manager role within the wellness, hospitality, or premium/luxury membership sector
- Strong commercial acumen with atrack record of developing membership and new business opportunities
- Exceptional leadership skills – able to inspire, manage, and motivate teams
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
- Entrepreneurial mindset, we are looking for someone who will treat this high-profile business as if it were their own
- Service-driven, with a passion for wellness and delivering excellence
- Great business developer! Able to drive sales & new membership acquisition through retention of existing clients & development of new corporate members
