HNW Executive Assistant to Founder, Luxury Lifestyle, London.
Location: UK (Hybrid β Central London & other UK residences)
Travel: Regular travel to the USA and EU (every other month)
Reports To: Principal

A highly successful and private HNW family is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide both business and personal support. This is a hybrid role combining remote work with on-site presence at London and UK residences, along with regular international travel.

The role goes beyond traditional EA support, encompassing household and property management, staff supervision, luxury travel planning, and high-level business coordination. The successful candidate will bring discretion, organisational excellence, and a refined understanding of luxury service, with the opportunity to expand into broader business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Travel & Logistics
- Plan and manage complex international/domestic travel for founder & staff
- Arrange private jets, luxury transport, and five-star accommodations.
- Oversee visas, passports, and travel docs
Executive & Administrative Support
- Act as gatekeeper for personal and business matters.
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and business advisors.
- Manage diaries, correspondence, and meetings across multiple time zones.
- Support with executive projects and contract management
Lifestyle Support
- Assist with travel, schedules for CEO & family.
- Organise private dinners, social events, and holidays.
- Manage RSVPs and social engagements.
Property & Household Management
- Oversee management of multiple residences in the UK, USA, and EU.
- Information support Staff of schedules and working with the wider family office.
- Coordinate with high-end vendors, designers, contractors, and service providers.
- Oversee & maintain properties to luxury standards.
- Manage budgets and expense tracking in collaboration with finance.
Key Requirements
- 8-10 yearsβ experience supporting HNW/UHNW individuals or families.
- Proven background in luxury households support HNW
- Strong business acumen
- Strong Taste Levels & understanding of high-luxury service standards.
- Financial literacy
- Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management tools).
- Fluent in English or Second Language (French is a plus)
- Discreet, proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
- Unrestricted ability to travel internationally.
