Creative Manager, Luxury Fashion & Lifestyle, 50-60K + Bens, London
Hybrid: Mon – Thurs in the London office

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is an exceptional opportunity to join a prestigious and rapidly growing luxury fashion, accessories, and lifestyle brand. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and supporting the creative vision set by the Creative Director, collaborating closely with a talented team to develop innovative and compelling concepts. You will refine and perfect these ideas before presenting them to the Creative Director, ensuring alignment with the brand\’s identity and vision.
You will oversee all creative output, maintaining the highest standards of detail and execution to uphold the brand’s values. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders, including the Creative Director, CEO, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager, and PR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with CD on all visual matters – create and develop concepts and approve with CD, ensuring that design and creative projects are delivered on time and to budget.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns and website elements.
- Establish and develop best practice with the team; working in collaboration with Web team and PR Manager to ensure assets are provided to spec and on time.
- Support CD with visuals on special projects.
- Create templates for artwork and ensure all artwork produced meets the needs, requirements and values of the brand.
- Manage production and art direction of photo-shoots for campaign and web; oversee styling.
- Conceptualise and oversee installation of window displays for retail, pop-ups, and any special project.
- Manage content creation and approve Instagram plan.
- Manage visual merchandising of the store and major wholesale partners.
- Manage packaging design and new initiatives.
- Build relationships with external services such as photographers, illustrators and printers to ensure the output is eye-catching and innovative.
- Be a brand guardian, with a strong point of view on design and creative approach across all mediums.
- Work closely with other departments in order to ensure that creative output meets their objective.
- Organise visual aspects of events in-store (POS support).
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 5+ years’ experience within a creative design role in a luxury and/or fashion.
- Experience providing inspiration, mood boards and style guides for web photography.
- Website and digital marketing experience.
- Sourcing and managing third-party suppliers and producers.
- On set, shooting video and stills content.
- Styling and working with models.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign – Premier pro & After effects is a plus).
- In depth understanding of typography, colour and composition & Demonstrable typographic skills.
- In depth understanding of print and production processes.
