Creative Manager – Luxury Fashion & Lifestyle Brand, London

An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing luxury fashion, accessories, and lifestyle brand. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the high-profile Creative Director, you will be a key player in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with strong potential for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative concepts aligned with the Creative Director’s vision.
  • Oversee all creative output, ensuring brand consistency and high standards.
  • Manage email marketing visuals, website elements, and Instagram content.
  • Art direct and style campaign and web photo shoots.
  • Conceptualise and implement window displays, pop-ups, and special projects.
  • Oversee visual merchandising in-store and with key wholesale partners.
  • Design packaging and drive new creative initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with digital, e-commerce, and PR teams.
  • Build and manage relationships with photographers, illustrators, and printers.
  • Act as a brand guardian across all creative touchpoints.

Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years in a creative role with a luxury/fashion, lifestyle, accessories brand essential.
  • Strong digital and visual design expertise; Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro & After Effects a plus).
  • Experience in styling, photography direction, and content creation.
  • Knowledge of print production, typography, colour, and composition.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, creative, and a clear communicator.
