The Pan-European Sales & New Business Development Director is a senior commercial leader responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth across pan-European accounts for this fast-growing and dynamic tech-focused fashion multiple brand e-commerce retailer.
The role incorporates both a strategic and hands-on business development function targeting and clinching deals with European customers, ensuring full alignment between brand strategy, onboarding, brand roadmap, and commercial performance.
European Languages are a major advantage for this position. This position guarantees that European accounts are clinched with a unified, cross-functional, and long-term vision, elevating partnerships from transactional relationships to true strategic collaborations.
Team management is important for this position, driving top performance across the Sales division and ensuring they have the ideal role model who is both hands-on and strategic.
- Lead the short, mid and long-term commercial strategy for Pan-European key accounts by designing and executing 1-3 year growth roadmaps aligned with EMEA and global brand objectives.
- Through new business development, CRM management and team management, ensure seamless, consistent execution across all European markets whilst elevating appropriate divisional and executive-level relationships.
- Act as the central strategic connector across multiple departments internally and externally, translating brand priorities into tailored commercial plans and ensuring full internal alignment.
- Drive sustainable business growth by delivering revenue, margin, and market share while proactively anticipating risks and opportunities.
- Ensure operational excellence through accurate forecasting, team management and flawless execution of go-to-market processes.
