We are hiring for an incredible beauty/wellness start-up, ideally seeking a superstar from a beauty/supplements/wellness background. This is not a traditional marketing role. This is a founder-facing leadership role at the heart of a fast-scaling premium beauty & wellness brand, built on elevated aesthetics, intentional living, and modern rituals. You will own the brand end-to-end, from strategy and storytelling to execution and growth, shaping a brand that feels as powerful as it performs.
From content and campaigns to creators and collaborations, you’ll define how the brand shows up in culture and in customers’ lives. You’ll lead the go-to-market strategy for lead product launches while acting as the ultimate brand guardian across every touchpoint. Working directly with the Founder & CEO, this is a rare opportunity to build a brand with meaning, longevity, and commercial impact.
You will:
- Own the brand positioning, tone of voice, identity and consistency across every channel
- Lead go-to-market strategy for a major product launch across PR, social, paid and retail
- Build and execute campaigns that cut through — from concept to content to conversion
- Run the full content ecosystem social, email, influencer, UGC and paid
- Develop and scale influencer & creator strategy —from nano to macro, including UGC and partnerships
- Drive growth through partnerships, affiliates and collaborations
- Oversee PR strategy and agency relationships
- Elevate the retail experience — from in-store presence to brand storytelling
- Optimise performance using data to refine campaigns, UX and conversion
YOU
- 5+ years in brand, marketing or growth within premium wellness, beauty or consumer brands
- Experience working closely with a Founder or CEO
- Proven track record leading a product or brand launch
- Deep understanding of modern brand building across social, content and creators
- Strong aesthetic instinct with a premium, detail-obsessed mindset
- Equally comfortable setting strategy and executing hands‑on
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
