The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 € per year.

Support and contribute towards the planning and delivery of individual care, supporting in all aspects of daily living, as our client has physical, sensory & cognitive disabilities and is wheelchair dependent. Work with a treatment team of therapists (SALT, Physiotherapist & Occupational Therapist) to complete therapy programmes, motivate & engage the client in recreational & educational activities. Experience in delivering therapy programmes is desirable but full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Experience of working with young adults with physical & cognitive impairment is essential.
  • The position is suited to someone who has a positive attitude plus the ability to motivate & engage.
  • The client is a music enthusiast, loves comedy and enjoys going out for food.

Qualifications

  • Experience in delivering therapy programmes (desirable).
  • Experience of working with young adults with physical & cognitive impairment (essential).
  • Positive attitude and ability to motivate & engage (essential).
  • Musical interest preferable.
  • Current driving license essential.
  • Experience driving a wheelchair accessible vehicle preferable.
  • Ideally hold an NVQ Level 3.
