The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales operations within the lending division. Key to this is supervising who will assist partners countrywide, define a clear sales strategy and work out solutions during the sales processes. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of agents, supervising Open Days, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while providing exceptional support between Lending BDMs and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead decision making process when it comes to sales
- Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and support
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for lending products to achieve revenue targets
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and advise
- Agree pricing, manage offers and incentivise all parties accordingly
- Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for product improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field ideal
- Proven experience in sales or sales management, preferably in the residential or financial services industry
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop teams ideal
- Relationship and Client Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making
