What you’ll do:

  • Provide expert advice on GLA, GCIC, and GIP via telephone and MS Teams;
  • Identify potential shortfalls related to the death or ill health of key employees;
  • Oversee all aspects of the client journey, ensuring smooth processing of renewals and documentation;
  • Support key account management teams with technical guidance and enquiries;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and insurers;
  • Stay informed about market trends, insurer propositions, and best practices in the Employee Benefit market;
  • Process new and renewal business in compliance with internal guidelines and advice frameworks;
  • Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and accuracy in the advice process;
  • Meet business targets and KPIs as determined by the company;
  • Keep product knowledge, CPD records, and qualifications up to date;
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions;
  • Perform any other reasonable tasks as required by the business.

Who you are:

  • An adviser with proven experience in a Group Risk Advice role;
  • Hold RO1 and 5 qualifications;
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulation and legislation;
  • Experience using client management systems;
  • Ability to manage a team or willingness to develop these skills;
  • Experience in a regulated environment;
  • Proficiency in managing workflow, systems, and procedures;
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • Confident in building rapport through video and telephone interactions;
  • Positive and adaptable mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
