We are looking for a Funding Manager to join a well-established short-term loan lender, based in Hertfordshire. This is a temp role with a view to be made permanent after 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with senior funders on all matters relating to the revolving credit lines and the various facilities
- Monthly preparation of IPD documentation
- Liaise with the underwriting team to monitor and forecast daily, weekly and monthly loan completions
- Manage all loan data tapes
- Audit preparation
- Monthly reporting
- Respond to Funder queries
- Liaise with the finance team to monitor capital funds available to complete new loans
- Liaise with the Servicing team to monitor and forecast loan redemptions
- Assist shareholder/investor management in Investor Relations Manager’s absence
- Prepare quarterly (and any monthly) returns as requested by the Compliance Officer
- Assist the CFO as required
