We are pleased to be working with a well established short term lender, on their search for an Executive Assistant to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain confidentiality
- Manage and maintain the Senior Sales Teams diary
- Ensure directors are prepared for meetings by providing necessary papers, travel information, agenda’s etc
- Highlight any urgent correspondence / emails etc and bring to the correct persons attention
- Conduct weekly diary meetings to discuss and confirm and upcoming engagements, invitations etc
- Co-ordinate travel and accommodation requirements
- Filter general information, queries, telephone calls etc
- Handling correspondence.
- Take and relay accurate messages from telephone callers and answer queries where possible.
- Provide agendas and take minutes for meetings when required.
- Maintain a comprehensive working environment, paying attention to data protection.
- Liaise with staff, clients, brokers, solicitors, lenders
- Assist Director as and when required to process cases
Skills and Experience
- Must have good numeracy skills
- Must be confident both face to face and over the telephone
- Ability to be flexible around working hours
- Ability to work comfortably on own initiative
- Happy to work in a close environment with the sales team
- Happy to undertake any necessary courses to enhance the business
- Ability to take on new tasks and work in a challenging environment
