We are very pleased to be working with a well-established Bridging lender, on their search for a Telephone Business Development Manager, based in their Cardiff office. This is an office based role, you will provide the first point of contact for introducers.
Responsibilities include:
- Generating leads within the market
- Ensure there is a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Follow up new business opportunities
- Set up meetings for the Divisional Director
- Undertake research into specific locations prior to setting up meetings
- Build relationships with new clients
- Provide backup for the Divisional Director, including answering telephone calls, texts and emails
- Ensure that data is correctly stored and update on the company’s CRM system
- Attend and contribute to sales meetings
- Send broker packs out
- Track and record activity on accounts
- Submit weekly progress reports
Skills and Experience:
- Dynamic, ambitious, business minded professional
- Experience within the bridging finance sector is ideal
- 2 years experience in generating leads
- Proven track record in achieving new business and selling services
- Detailed knowledge of the bridging market is highly desirable
