We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Team. This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for someone starting their career who is eager to learn, work hard and progress within the Bank. This is a fully office-based role where you will play a key part in keeping the sales function organised, efficient and moving forward. It is a fantastic opportunity for someone to progress into a Business Development role in the future.
The role:
- Supporting Sales Team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Managing and updating CRM systems and internal databases
- Preparing sales documents, ESIS/ DIPs, sales calculations, file set up, amendments
- Coordinating internal processes to support the sales cycle
- Liaising with BDEs to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time
- Liaise with lending operations to ensure deals progress to underwriting
- Tracking progress of deals and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with data entry, analysis and reporting
- Ensuring all admin tasks are completed with accuracy and attention to detail
Experience:
- Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
