Base pay range $90,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Responsibilities Kforce\’s client, a global publicly traded Manufacturing and Semiconductor Technologies Company, is seeking a Technical Accountant in Wilmington, Massachusetts (MA). This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, global organization that partners across various areas of finance. The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence two days a week and remote work three days a week. Main Duties: Assist with technical accounting and financial reporting Handle complex accounting transactions such as revenue recognition, M&A, and GAAP compliance Support external auditors Prepare and review SEC filings Assist with SOX compliance Maintain GAAP standards and update policies and procedures Participate in system improvements and enhancements Contribute to other special projects as needed Requirements Experience in a similar role or significant knowledge and abilities to perform the listed responsibilities Relevant education or training is a plus The pay range reflects the lowest to highest compensation we believe we would pay at posting. Actual pay may vary based on education, experience, skills, location, and other factors. This range may be adjusted in the future.
