Senior Corporate Talent Acquisitions Specialist (Internal Hiring) Northeast Region: Boston, CT, Grand Rapids, New York City

Responsibilities

  • Generating new sales leads through referrals, networking, social media, internet research and direct contact with clients.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, with the goal of engaging them to utilize our professional technical staffing services, project, and technology solutions.
  • Negotiate with client to establish appropriate bill rates, contract terms, and fees.
  • Manage clients\’ relationships throughout the assignment to expand Kforce presence within your existing client accounts.
  • Collaborate with your Kforce colleagues to facilitate the placement process, which may include presentation of candidates, interview scheduling, client preparation and debrief and salary negotiation.
  • This role is a full sale cycle position: growing new business and managing clients\’ accounts.

  • 2-8 years of “sales related” experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, competitive environment.
  • Someone who enjoys attending networking events, driving client interaction, and meeting with clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Competitive base salary PLUS uncapped monthly commission

In accordance with Massachusetts pay equity law, Kforce discloses that the anticipated pay range for this position, which is subject to change based on job-related factors is between $60,000 and $88,900. This position is eligible for commissions, according to a schedule of gross profit, starts or revenue achieved from sales activities.
