We are looking for a talented and proactive Marketing & Communications Specialist to support the delivery of KFM's Marketing & Communications strategy. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, managing digital channels and bringing stories to life across a diverse organisation. Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will provide digital, editorial, creative and operational support across KFM, helping ensure our communications are influential, informative and engaging for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage KFM's digital channels, including the website, intranet and social media platforms
- Plan, create and publish high-quality internal and external communications content
- Own and maintain internal communication channels such as newsletters, Viva Engage and team briefings
- Lead on the planning and delivery of internal and external events
- Support and promote KFM's brand identity, tone of voice and house style
- Develop multimedia content, including photography and video
- Proactively source stories and work with teams across KFM to showcase their work
- Monitor, evaluate and continuously improve communications activity
About You
The successful candidate will be an organised and confident communications professional with a strong eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. You will bring:
- Experience working in a marketing and communications role
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences
- Experience using CMS platforms, social media and digital communication tools
- Knowledge of digital campaigns and communications best practice
- Design experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
