Salary: £34,000 - £37,400 per annum + up to 12% bonus

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Learning & Development Coordinator to join our HR Team. In this pivotal role, you'll support the delivery of learning, development, compliance, apprenticeship, and career progression initiatives that help our people grow and succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Learning & Development Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate and administer learning and development activities across the organisation.
  • Manage training schedules, bookings, attendance and learning resources.
  • Maintain learning records and provide insightful reporting on training activity and compliance.
  • Support mandatory training and appraisal completion programmes.
  • Assist with apprenticeship schemes, career development initiatives and mentoring programmes.
  • Manage learning content and communications across internal platforms.
  • Provide excellent support to employees, managers and external training providers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of L&D processes, systems and learner experience.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly organised individual who enjoys building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Previous experience in an HR, Learning & Development, or administrative coordination role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information.
  • GCSEs (including English and Maths) and A-Level qualifications or equivalent.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification, working towards CIPD Level 3, or equivalent experience in L&D administration.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Knowledge of corporate learning and development practices.
  • Experience liaising with external training providers.
  • Understanding of professional development frameworks.
