We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a busy food manufacturing company based in Driffield. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team in a clean and warm working environment.
The Role
This position involves general production duties within a food manufacturing environment. The work requires good hand dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to carry out repetitive tasks to a high standard.
Main duties include:
- General production and packing duties
- Quality checking products
- Working on a fast-paced production line
- Following hygiene, food safety, and company procedures
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and presentation
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday
- Day shifts only
- Typically 10-hour shifts
- 6:00am starts
Candidate Requirements
- Previous factory or production experience is preferred but not essential
- Good attention to detail and ability to work with precision
