KFM are now recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader role for a well-established client based in the Brough/Newport area! This is a great position for permanent work in a successful family business.

Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and allocate daily tasks for a team of operatives
  • Oversee order picking, checking, and loading to meet distribution targets
  • Run daily briefs and manage team performance
  • Maintain accurate records and use the Diplomat system
  • Support HR with absences, RTW interviews, and colleague issues
  • Promote a safe and efficient working environment
  • Assist with GMP inspections, stock takes, and training
  • Provide cover for the Transport & Logistics Supervisor as needed

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a warehouse/distribution role
  • Proven team leadership skills
  • Forklift licence – Counterbalance & Reach (required)
  • Good communication and computer skills
  • Manual handling ability
  • IOSH/NEBOSH awareness (preferred)
