Receptionist/Administrator We have an immediate vacancy for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our fun & friendly KFM Recruitment team! The Role: Reception is a vital role in our business, and you’ll quickly become a valued part of the KFM team and integral to the whole recruitment process – from a candidate’s first contact, through to registration, interview, and beyond. Benefits: £12.21 per hour + Holiday Pay 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday (opportunity for additional hours may be available) Fun & friendly team environment Great Old Town location Responsibilities include: Front of the house, greeting candidates and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answering telephones; call screening and taking accurate messages Registration of candidates, guiding and assisting through the recruitment registration process Completing Right to Work checks Data input onto bespoke recruitment software system Communicating with candidates via email and telecon The Candidate: Experienced in working in a busy reception/face-to-face customer service role Great customer service skills.
