We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join a busy manufacturing site in Hull. This is a hands-on role involving the operation of production machinery, forklift trucks, and other material handling equipment within a 24-hour production environment.
Duties Include:
- Operating production plant and machinery
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials
- Palletising finished products
- Completing production records and quality checks
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' manufacturing or production experience
- Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Strong awareness of health and safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible approach to shift work and overtime
Shift Pattern:
Average 40 hours per week on a rotating 3-week pattern of 12-hour day and night shifts.
