Quality Assurance Operative – Food Production (HU3 Area)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading food manufacturing site in the HU3 area (non-meat, non-fish). This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established factory team in a long-term Quality Assurance role.

Shift Pattern:

  • 2 × 12-hour Days
  • 1 day off
  • 2 × 12-hour Nights
  • 3 days off

Overtime available and paid after completion of your set shift pattern.

Pay Rate:

  • £12.76 per hour during the 4-week training period
  • £17.48 per hour thereafter
  • Paid breaks included

Role Overview:

You will support the QA team in ensuring all products consistently meet the highest food safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a food factory is essential
  • Food Safety training/certification beneficial but not essential
  • Comfortable working 12-hour shifts across both days and nights
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
