Quality Assurance Operative – Food Production (HU3 Area)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading food manufacturing site in the HU3 area (non-meat, non-fish). This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established factory team in a long-term Quality Assurance role.
Shift Pattern:
- 2 × 12-hour Days
- 1 day off
- 2 × 12-hour Nights
- 3 days off
Overtime available and paid after completion of your set shift pattern.
Pay Rate:
- £12.76 per hour during the 4-week training period
- £17.48 per hour thereafter
- Paid breaks included
Role Overview:
You will support the QA team in ensuring all products consistently meet the highest food safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food factory is essential
- Food Safety training/certification beneficial but not essential
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts across both days and nights
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
