MMA Fillet Welders Required – Immingham
We are currently recruiting experienced Coded MMA Welders for a project based in Immingham. This role involves carrying out 6–8mm MMA fillet welds for over-plating repair work, working to a high standard within a heavy industrial environment.
Shift Pattern:
- 12 days on, 2 days off
- 07:00 – 18:00 daily
- 10 hours paid
Pay Rates (Self-Employed):
- £25.00 per hour for the first 8 hours worked each day
- £37.50 per hour for all hours worked over 8 hours per day
- £37.50 per hour for weekend working
The Role:
- MMA welding on over-plating repairs
- Producing high-quality 6–8mm fillet welds
- Working from engineering drawings and welding procedures
- Working safely at height when required
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to specification
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Requirements:
- Valid MMA welding codings
- Proven experience carrying out MMA fillet welds
- Must hold a valid Working at Height Certificate
- Comfortable working at height in an industrial environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Previous experience within industrial, structural steel, petrochemical, refinery or heavy engineering environments is advantageous
