Job Title: Hygiene Operative (Weekend Night Shift) Location: Bridlington, YO15 Industry: Food Production (No Meat or Fish Handling) Shift Pattern: Fri/Sat/Sun Nights Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Pay Rate: £12.77 per hour (includes £1.65/hour shift allowance – paid only when full shift is completed) Breaks: 3 x 20-minute paid breaks per shift Job Overview: We are recruiting for Hygiene Operatives to work weekend night shifts at a food production site in Bridlington (YO15). The factory operates in a non-meat, non-fish environment. This is a long-term opportunity for dependable candidates who are comfortable working night shifts and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in a food production setting. Key Responsibilities: ⦁ Deep cleaning of production equipment, floors, walls, and surfaces ⦁ Following strict food safety, hygiene, and health & safety protocols ⦁ Using industrial cleaning chemicals and tools safely ⦁ Completing hygiene records and checklists accurately ⦁ Working efficiently to ensure cleaning tasks are completed on time ⦁ Reporting any issues or hazards to supervisors immediately ⦁ Supporting the wider team to ensure the facility remains audit-ready at all times Requirements: ⦁ Previous experience in hygiene or industrial cleaning is desirable but not essential – full training is provided ⦁ Must be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) ⦁ Physically fit – role involves manual handling and standing for long periods ⦁ Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team ⦁ Awareness of food safety or BRC standards is an advantage Pay and Benefits: ⦁ *Shift allowance is only paid if full shift is completed ⦁ 3 x 20-minute paid breaks per shift ⦁ Ongoing work with potential for permanent opportunities ⦁ Weekly pay ⦁ Free on-site parking ⦁ Friendly and inclusive work environment
