About the Role:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in the HU3 area for a reliable and hardworking Stores Operative with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) licence. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role within a busy non-food warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
- Managing goods-in processes, including unloading deliveries
- Assisting with stock control and inventory management
- Supporting the team during annual stock takes
- General warehouse duties as required
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
- Previous Goods-In experience
- Strong stock control experience
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) – essential for stock handling and documentation
