About the Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in the HU3 area for a reliable and hardworking stores operative with a valid counterbalance forklift truck (FLT) licence. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role within a busy non-food warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
- Managing goods-in processes, including unloading deliveries
- Assisting with stock control and inventory management
- Supporting the team during annual stock takes
- General warehouse duties as required
Requirements
- Valid counterbalance forklift licence (essential)
- Previous goods-in experience
- Strong stock control experience
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) – essential for stock handling and documentation
