We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operative to join a friendly and well-established plastic manufacturing factory based in the HU7 area. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, offering stability and the chance to develop new skills within a clean, non-food environment.

Shift Pattern:

  • 4 on / 4 off shift rotation
  • 12-hour shifts
  • 1 hour break per shift (can be taken as 3 x 20-minute breaks)
  • 6pm-6am OR 6am-6pm (NOT Rotating)

Pay Rate:

  • £13.31- £13.49 (Days)
  • £14.29- £14.49 (Nights)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sorting and handling boxes of plastic caps
  • Completing basic paperwork accurately
  • General manual handling duties
  • Learning to set up and operate machinery

About You:

  • Reliable and hardworking
  • Willing to learn and develop new skills
  • Comfortable with manual handling tasks
  • Able to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating pattern
  • Can work ongoing Night or Day shifts
